Scrap Around the World December Challenge

Just in the knick of time I have completed a layout for the scraparoundtheworld december challenge.

Here is my take on the mood board:

this is the mood board that we had to get incentive from:

I chose the frames, the teal, pink and purple to create a layout using an old photo of my niece.

Here are some close ups:

The Paper is 7 Dots Studio, Stormy Sea.  The frames are Prima Resins which have been coloured with Inka Gold, and Patina Verdigris.

The wording is chipboard from Ruby Rock-it.  Stencilling using a Kaisercraft circle stencil and texture paste mixed with Patina  Paint from Ranger "Verdigris".

Chipboard flowers and butterflies also from Prima which have been painted with gelatos and then coated with either Tim Holtz Rock Candy Glitter or Sparkle Embossing powder.

Thank for stopping by :)

BOY MEETS GIRL DECEMBER DT LAYOUT

Here is my layout for the AAG challenge for the month of December - the challenge was to create a page using the same photo more than once.  Here is my layout:

I created the background using Crafters Workshop stencil and Tim Holtz distress inked.  I used Tim Holtz stamps randomly on the background and a Tim Holtz stamp for the title.  The chipboard flourish was coloured, again with Tim Holtz distress ink, and embossed with a glitter powder.

Here are a couple of close ups:
