Scrapbook layout and a canvas for Scrap FX DT

Hi everyone, today I would like to share a canvas and a scapbook layout that I have created for the Scrap FX Design Team.

First - the canvas - I created this in the month of December when I found that I was challenged by time:

I will list all the Scrap Fx products used at the bottom of the post with links to the store.

and the second project for this month is a scrapbook layout of my fur baby who had his first visit to the kennels over the Xmas break - it was a little luxurious!

Double Page Scrapbook layout for Scrap Matrix DT

Hi everyone, today I am sharing with you my second layout for this months challenge at Scrap Matrix - A Year in Review.

This months challenge has really brought home to me about why we started scrapbooking and the importance of taking photos and also making pages of our memories.

I have done another double layout and included photos that have been miles stones this year

I have used the 13 arts paper collection - Strength in Numbers - designed by the awesome Australian Fiona Paltridge.

Around the background I have stamped randomly with the Paper Artsy stamp EKC07.

I have die cut squares from the 6 x 6 pages of the Strength in Numbers Collection, which I have put under each photo and journalled about that photo.

Scrap Matrix DT Layout for January

Hi everyone, today I would like to share the details of my layout for this month's challenge at Scrap Matrix -

A year in Review

Here is the moodboard

We have decided this month to give the "double scrapbookers" some inspiration and have created a double layout:

I have used the paper collection - Garden Party by 7 Dots for the background.

I have inked a plain piece of water colour paper using Dylusion ink sprays - Funky Fuschia, Black Marble, Lemon Zest, Cut Grass and Crushed Grape.

I have then stamped the entire background using the flower stamp by Art By Marlene. I have also stamped some circles and added splatters to give more texture detail.

Then the job of fussy cutting!!!!! I did the same process with the leaves as I did with the flowers.

I have then also stamped the same images on the background paper to align with where my photos are going.

I have double backed by photos (I couldnt decide which colour to use to used both!). I have used the Ideology alpha stamp in lower case for my title.

Scrapbook layout for Scrap FX DT

Hi everyone, today I am up on the Scrap Fx blog with a scrapbook layout of our camping place last week.

It was great to get away in the caravan for a few peaceful days

I have used 13 arts paper Strength in Numbers collection for the background and cut up the 6x6 paper in the same collection to create tags which I have edged in distress ink

I have coloured the chipboard using two different paints (I did another another piece of chipboard to the layout after this photo was taken, which I coloured in the dylusions paint)
