LGS MAGAZINE LAYOUT

Here is a layout that I created for Lets Get Sketchy magazine which is published quarterly.  We were required to complete a "Now and Then" layout and here is mine.

I used Prima paper  from the Sunrise-Sunset collection. I coloured the bricks with Distress Inks - Fired Brick, Vintage Photo and Rusty Hinge.  The gears are cut from Tim Holtz Die Cut and coloured with the same colours and Broken China.  I covered these with Dimensional Magic. Random stamping using Vintage Photo distress ink and Tim Holtz stamps

BLACK WITH TWO JULY CHALLENGE

Here is my layout for the July challenge over at Black with Two.

Unfortunately with the hours I work and the wintery weather I am not able to photograph this layout in natural light - maybe also cos I am also running really close to the deadline!!!!

I loved the colour combo this month :

I used black cardstock and a stencil covering the cardstock with Making Memories Paint - Eat Carrots.  I sanded the edges and then highlights them with Chalk Ink.  The stamp is Kaisercraft and flowers from Iamroses and Flourish with a Bling.

Here is the second layout - the mood board created by Agnus.  This was a heap of fun - bright rainbow colours. Here is my take:
